It is a newly renovated 35m2 apartment with three independent rooms: The first is the bedroom, which has a 1.50cm double bed, TV, wardrobe and air conditioning. The bedroom has two large windows with views of the Alhambra. These being the best views to start the day. The second is the bathroom, consisting of a large 2 m2 shower and induced stone heating system. The third is the kitchen, fully equipped with a two-burner ceramic hob, smoke extractor, microwave, refrigerator and coffee and tea machines. In it there is a high table with two chairs to have a small snack. The kitchen connects in turn with a small terrace. The apartment's ceiling is quite high, attic type, creating a wide space inside the apartment and making it even more diaphanous. Our Mulhacén apartment is located on the fourth floor without an elevator.

With magnificent views of the center of the same thanks to the three balconies it has. The main room is made up of a 1.50 cm double bed surrounded by large built-in wooden wardrobes. In addition to the double bed, there is an extra bed of 0.90 cm that is inserted in one of the closets, not reducing space in the apartment and granting a maximum capacity of 3 people in the apartment. The space then opens up to give way to a living room with a sofa, coffee table and smart TV. Connected to the living room by an American bar is the kitchen, which is fully equipped and has a refrigerator, smoke extractor, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee-tea machine, kitchenware, etc. The bathroom is in a separate room, with a large shower, toilet, hairdryer, towels, amenities and induced stone heating system. Both the bathroom and the main room have a window that communicates with an interior patio. Noteworthy are the wooden ceilings from the mid-20th century and the marble floor, as well as the details of the wooden columns. It has air conditioning and an induced stone heating system. The apartment is located on the first floor without an elevator.
